Hopper

Hopper is a Y Combinator-backed inference service for building realtime voice agents. It serves Gemma 4 31B for chat, audio understanding, Qwen 3 speech with voice cloning, and Nemotron transcription, and it connects to Pipecat, LiveKit Agents, and Vapi.

Hopper's models page says usage draws down prepaid credits. New accounts start with $5, and top-ups from $5 to $10,000 are available in the console. Last checked 27 Oct 2026.
